All sales are final unless otherwise stated!

Refunds are only given in the form of store credit. If you wish to return an item, restocking fees apply.

Can I edit/change my order?

We work diligently to process all incoming orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can only edit your order prior to it being fulfilled. Once you receive tracking info via email it is no longer possible to edit your order.

Can I return or exchange an item?

If you wish to exchange or return an item, we ask that you contact us via our support page so we may assist with your inquiry. We ask that you please contact us no later than 7 days from receiving your package. Packages must be unused and unopened. Due to the intimate nature of our products restocking fees apply.

How do I request a refund?

Due to the viral nature of our merchandise and unforeseen spikes in traffic and product demand, it is possible some products may be out of stock at the time of your purchase. Don't worry! You will always receive your order!
